  1. I think she kickedass!
  2. shes sexay
  3. I'd so get with her (not). That's how she killed her victims. She'd sleep with men, kill them a little later, then blame the killings and act like she's the victim. Did she get the death penalty or did she get life in prison? ----------------------- I get thumbs-down for telling it like it is? I don't feel sorry for anyone and this seems sexist. Why is it when a man kills, he's evil, yet when a woman kills, she was hurt in the past and whatnot? I think anyone who kills should be given no pity whatsoever. Many other people have tough upbringings, but that doesn't mean they go on killing sprees or looking for people to kill. Murderers choose to kill those who had nothing to do with their past most often. Why should we feel sorry for the murderers when we should feel sorry for the victims and their families?
  4. I thought it was interesting that a woman finally did what men have been doing for years!!! (I was once a criminal justice major so serial killers really interested me.) I don't really have any pity for her though. She's met her fate.
  5. that's her! that's the lady that told me she had candy in her big black van! but then the police took her away... maybe she was gonna give me expired candy?
  6. I think she led a very sad life that drove her to her breaking point resulting in her killing spree....I can't say I pity her but I can understand her rage...I pity her victims and the families they left behind. =)
  7. And society says women can't do what men do...YOU GO GURL!!!
  8. I think she had a horrible life but NOTHING justifies murdering other people like she did. Not even the worst life ever.
  9. Female serial killers are surpassingly rare. I think, since she was executed in 2002, she's well beyond any need for my pity, but I do pity her. That doesn't mean that she shouldn't have been punished for what she did; we all have the choice to pass on the harm done to us, or to find another way to deal with it. I would have been more inclined to sentence her to life in prison with no possibility of parole rather than death, however. I only believe in the death penalty if the person in question is a continuing threat to society, and I have no reason to think that she would have been able to continue to do harm in prison. Of course, I wasn't on the jury, so I'm only going by what I've read, but I believe that life in prison is more humane than death unless the person is capable of doing harm to others even in prison.
  10. Pretty damn bad.a.ss.
  11. She was crazy and unfortunately had a tough life. I don't offer her any pity though.
