Aileen Wuornos

Who think Aileen Wuornos should have been executed giver her mental state of mind?

It was obvious that Aileen was not sane with her last video taped interview the day before her execution. Now according to FL state law, executing someone who is insane is illegal. So she was right, we made money off her life, and her death.

  1. Best to eliminate her from society regardless of her insanity or not. Why should the taxpayers foot the bill so she can continue living.
  2. She wasn't really insane...but she was crazy. And there's a fine line. She had a terrible life, but giving the fact she stole the lives of all those men, I think she deserved to die. I did feel sorry for her, but I felt worse for the families of the men.
  3. I think she asked to executed, but she was clearly not in her right mind. I think she should have gotten life. She had one MESSED UP life.
  4. I have to tell you, Im not sure how i feel about this questions. I've done alot of research on her. Her lover, Tyria Moore is from a town about thirty minutes away from my hometown! Anyways, I felt bad for her, I felt bad that she tried to get a job and no one would hire her, but her temper was horrible... She did ask to be executed... Im indifferent about this.
  5. I think she had serious issues. Because of what happened to her while growing up I think she had "triggers" that made her react and kill men. The triggers set off memories of things that happened to her I think. I also believe there was a large part of her that knew what she was doing and enjoyed it. There was a fine line between insane and sane, but she leaned just enough towards being sane. I think she should have been in prison for the rest of her life.
  6. that would just be an excuse countless people have used 'they live they're lives perfectly & one day decide to start killing then they use some stupid excuse like GOD made me do it or I heard voices the DEVIL told me to kill I'm GLAD she's dead there waas nothing wrong with in her head it was all an excuse to go free just .like others have and eventually start kiling again.
  7. ...I don't know if she was legally sane or not, but she clearly thought that it was ok to kill people...anyone that dangerous has to be dealt with in an extreme manner...its sad the kind of life she had...especially her childhood, but when she chose to start taking her own victims she forfeited her right to get sympathy from me...
